Rules at PimPam

Every good game needs rules. Our contact form is available for critique or suggestions. We read all entries and are grateful for any tips or advice for improvement.

Rule 1

Children are only allowed to visit and use the playground when accompanied by an adult. This is not a supervised play center and the responsibility for supervision lies with the person accompanying each child at all times.

Rule 2

The length of stay is generally limited to 3 hours; it can be extended in consultation with the staff.

Rule 3

Monthly tickets, 12x tickets and free tickets:

  1. Monthly tickets are non-transferable and allow unlimited entry from the first visit until the same calendar day of the following month.
  2. 12x cards are transferable, meaning they can be used, for example, by one person twelve times or by 12 people once.
  3. Free tickets allow one-time entry for one person; accompanying persons must pay an entry fee if they do not have their own free ticket.

Entry can only be granted if the play café is not overcrowded.
A reservation in advance is recommended in all cases!

Rule 4

We do our best to keep the play café clean and intact. If you notice any damage, dirt or missing material, please inform us immediately.

Rule 5

Non-slip slippers or anti-slip socks must be worn to play. These can be brought from home or purchased at the counter. For reasons of cleanliness, adults must also take off their shoes in the play area.

Rule 6

Bicycle helmets, chains and other clothing that can get caught must be removed before entering the play area. Ride-on cars are not allowed to enter the fall area (the fall protection mats) of the play equipment.

Rule 7

Bringing your own food and drinks, apart from baby food and special food, is not permitted. You can bring your own birthday cakes to birthday parties; in this case we charge a flat rate of 10 euros.

Rule 8

Food and drinks are not allowed into the play area.

Rule 9

Please look after your belongings; we do not assume liability for lost items. We will keep any lost-and-found items for you at the counter.
