PimPam venue

All of PimPam just for you!

We offer you the opportunity to have the PimPam Café and the PimPam Village all to yourself. It is the perfect place for birthday parties, baby showers, christenings, celebrations for children’s groups and others. You can choose from the same reservation times in the morning and afternoon that you are used to from us (10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm). Rental on days outside of our regular opening hours is also possible. In the morning, the time can be extended by one hour until 9am; in the afternoon by one or two hours until 7pm or 8pm (additional cost 100 euros per hour). We recommend the location for groups of up to 60 people.

Reservations can be made up to six months before the celebration, but at least two weeks before. The prices for exclusive rentals range from 300 to 800 euros. They are made up of an equal share of rent and consumption credit. The latter can be used for birthday packages, snack platters and food and drinks from the menu. Birthday cakes or entertainment programs are not counted towards the consumption credit. The deposit always corresponds to the amount of the venue rental and should be paid immediately to reserve the desired date. You are allowed to bring your own food, but not your own drinks.

2. Party bundles for children

You have the option to book a party bundle for the children. With a venue rental, the bundle costs 10 euros less per participant because there is no entrance fee. Bundle 1 (€15 per child) includes decorations, a snack and a drink, as well as a large water bottle for every 6 children. Bundle 2 (€25 per child) includes decorations and party bags, two snacks and two drinks, as well as two large water bottles for every 6 children. You can put these together below. You can choose the drinks included spontaneously on site.

3. Snacks and drinks for the adults

What do the adults want to eat and drink? Choose up to two different snack platters and how many of them you want. Each platter is sized for six people. We also offer a water flat rate and supply the tables with new water bottles as soon as the old ones are empty (€1,5 per participant). With the coffee flat rate, adult guests can order hot drinks at the bar as they wish (€4,5 per adult). Snacks and drinks from the regular menu can also be ordered at the usual prices.
