Celebrate your birthday at PimPam
You can celebrate your next child’s birthday at PimPam ! The PimPam village is the perfect place for parties from the first to the sixth birthday. The minimum number of participants is four children. Birthday tables can be booked three months in advance, venue rentals six months in advance. A deposit is always required for a binding reservation. This can be paid directly in the café or by bank transfer. The deposit will of course be deducted from the final bill at the end.

All prices include VAT. A deposit of 60 euros is always required, which will be deducted at the end. For venue rentals, the down payment is 50%. The reservation is only complete once the deposit has been paid. Minor changes can be communicated to us up to the day before the celebration.
You can choose from two different birthday packages. Each bundle contains decorations, drinks and snacks for the children, which you can choose freely. Bundle 2 also contains a party bag for all invited children. You can always bring your own birthday cake at no extra charge. If you are looking for a birthday cake, we can provide you with contacts. You will receive plates and cutlery from us. All adult guests will receive a coffee of their choice (bundle 1) or as much coffee, tea or cappuccino as they like if they choose bundle 2.
Decoration themes
When it comes to decoration, we work with Lachen tut gut from Herrenberg, who offers original and environmentally friendly decorations made of paper. Our decorations contain table decoration (bundle 1) and party bag (bundle 2). You can choose from many colorful themes:
Private events
You can also rent the entire PimPam Café for yourself. This is possible six months in advance. The rental price includes a voucher for food and drinks, which you can spend as you wish. With the venue rental, you are also welcome to bring your own food (no drinks) or to hire an external caterer, giving you more freedom when planning your party. We can put you in touch with children’s entertainment for your party. We recommend groups of up to 50 people, but 60 are also possible. To secure your desired day, a deposit of 50% must be paid.
We offer you the opportunity to have the PimPam Café and the PimPam Village all to yourself. It is the perfect place for birthday parties, baby showers, christenings, celebrations for children’s groups and others. You can choose from the same reservation times in the morning and afternoon that you are used to from us (10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm). Rental on days outside of our regular opening hours is also possible. In the morning, the time can be extended by one hour until 9am; in the afternoon by one or two hours until 7pm or 8pm (additional cost 100 euros per hour).
